Can You Be the Calm in the Chaos?

First impressions aren’t made in the kitchen.
They’re made the moment a guest walks through the door —
by the smile, the eye contact, the effortless welcome.

At the front desk, you set the tone.
You’re the voice on the phone, the fixer of problems,
the steady hand in the middle of late check-ins and lost reservations.

Reception isn’t just about keycards and bookings.
It’s about presence. Awareness. Grace under pressure.
You balance ten things at once — and still remember a guest’s name the next morning.

This role takes more than a uniform and a smile.
It takes intuition. Curiosity. And real care.
Because when you do it right, guests don’t just feel checked in.
They feel seen.

We connect people who live for that connection —
with places that value every warm welcome.

Your Next Role

Starts Here.

Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you are more than just the face of the hotel — you are its neural system. Every guest request, housekeeping update, kitchen note, or maintenance issue passes through your desk. You gather information, filter it, and make sure it reaches the right people at the right time.

Your day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, solving issues before they escalate, and keeping operations running smoothly. You are the connector — between departments, between guests and staff, between problems and solutions.

Whether you’re calming a tired traveler, coordinating a last-minute room change, or syncing schedules with housekeeping and the chef — you keep the entire organism functioning with clarity and calm.

  • Previous experience in a similar front desk or guest-facing role (1–2 seasons minimum)

  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong pro-client attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
