About Me — My Story
Hello, my name is Vojtech Machula — founder of this agency.
Having lived, traveled, and grown my career all over the world — from charming European hotels to bustling restaurants — I know first-hand how much a great opportunity can transform a future. I started this agency to connect ambitious people with companies that appreciate their potential and are willing to invest in their growth.
For the last 10 years, I followed a path that opened up a world of experiences. From snow-covered Austrian hotels in the Alps, to cruising the beautiful waterways of the Netherlands during summers on board a river ship, to running busy luxury restaurants in New Zealand — hospitality has been more than just a job for me; it’s a way of life.
This journey has taken me across continents, filled me with friendships from all over the world, and allowed me to learn 5 languages. I started from the bottom, experiencing nearly every department first-hand, and for the last 5 years, I led hotels as a Manager.
I’m not here to boast about what I’ve done, but to show what’s possible — and to help you find your path, grow your skills, and make the most of all the opportunities this industry has to offer. It’s a wonderful way to see the world, connect with people, and pursue a future full of opportunity.
