Are You the Invisible Force That Makes Everything Feel Just Right?
When guests open the door to their room, they don’t see you — but they feel your work.
The crisp sheets. The fresh scent. The perfect order that gives a sense of calm and comfort. Or the warmth of a hotel lobby where every light works, the heating is just right, and the water runs hot because someone took care of it long before the guest arrived.
Whether you're behind a vacuum cleaner or behind a toolbox — you're the reason everything runs smoothly.
Housekeeping and Maintenance aren’t about being seen.
They’re about being relied on.
They require discipline, pride in your work, and the quiet satisfaction of knowing that without you, five-star service wouldn’t exist.
And we’re here to connect people who take pride in the details — with the places that recognize and reward it.

Attention to detail, time management, and a sense of pride in your work are essential. Whether it's turning down a room or simply ensuring everything is spotless, your efforts directly impact the guest’s overall impression and experience.

Technician / Maintenance Worker
As a hotel technician or facility maintenance worker, you’re the person everyone relies on when something stops working — and ideally, the one who prevents problems before they start.
Your day-to-day tasks include handling basic repairs, routine maintenance, and safety checks across the property. Whether it’s fixing a leaking tap, checking the heating system, or helping set up seasonal equipment, your work keeps the hotel running smoothly and safely for both guests and staff.
You collaborate closely with housekeeping and management, and your flexibility helps tackle whatever technical challenge the day brings.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, practical, and ready to take ownership of the property's condition with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in general maintenance, repairs, or a similar hands-on role (hotel or hospitality experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, heating, and general facility upkeep
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and respond to technical problems quickly and efficiently
- Good communication skills and a cooperative mindset when working with other departments (e.g. housekeeping or reception)
- Basic conversational German (especially for understanding instructions and safety procedures)
